We are going to have a half day picnic n Aug 25 at Sunny Brook Soccer ground which is located at the end of the park . Our TDCA team is scheduled to play at Sunnybrook in the morning and we will start our event after their game. Rest of the members can also join us by 1 pm. This is a family event ; so we expect to have families to join with kids. At this moment, we are planning to have a small soccer tournament where teams will be made with both kids and adults and we are going to have lunch after that. However, we are open to any other fun ideas as well.
This will be a potluck party, though bringing food is completely optional . If You are bringing food, please let us know by August 22. If You are not bringing any food , that is also okay as we will also be using club funds to cater foods.
Please join this event as we hardly get the chance to get all the members together and have fun in the Summer . The last day of the availability is Aug 22.
